1. Overview

At Marketvycreative, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of LifePoise. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request a refund. This policy complies with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), as well as applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by contacting us via email at question@marketvycreative.world before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the standard withdrawal form or any other clear statement.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • The product must not have been damaged by the customer.
  • The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplement products, in accordance with the exceptions provided under the Right of Withdrawal Act.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Products returned without proof of purchase.
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us at question@marketvycreative.world within 14 days of receiving your product, stating your intention to return the product and your order details.
  • Step 2: We will respond with return instructions, including the return shipping address and any applicable reference numbers.
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or was sent in error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

7. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The full purchase price will be refunded, excluding return shipping costs (unless the product was defective or sent in error).

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately at question@marketvycreative.world with your order details and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
  • Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, you have the right to make a complaint about defects within a reasonable time, and within 2 years from the date of delivery (5 years for products intended to last significantly longer).

9. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at question@marketvycreative.world. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process applies.

10. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Norwegian law, including the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), and the Marketing Control Act (Markedsføringsloven), as well as applicable EU consumer protection laws.
